There’s artistic inspiration everywhere you look at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, and their Mason Jar Aquarium activity is the perfect way for little ones to use their creativity and imagination!

Valentine’s Day is a fun holiday at Walt Disney World resorts! Disney treats it as a minor holiday, so not all of the resorts host special Valentine’s Day activities, but I was able to visit some resorts this year that had some cute activities scheduled. The Deluxe resorts and Fort Wilderness are really the best places to be - most of them had something fun planned and offered some unique activities!

Disney resorts really go all-out on Halloween! If you’re looking for a memorable, free way to celebrate Halloween during your Disney trip without spending hundreds of dollars on tickets to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, hanging out at the resorts is a great alternative.

The Frank W. Eahlers Community Hall at Disney’s BoardWalk Villas is the perfect place to spend some time on a rainy day, before your room is ready on arrival day or after you’ve checked out on departure day, or if you just need a quiet place to relax and escape the park crowds.

Disney’s Riviera Resort is packed with classic Disney art, and now guests have the chance to create their own works of art with the Paint Your Own Animation Cel activity!

Kukui Nuts have been used in Hawaiian culture for thousands of years, for everything from soothing skin to crafting necklaces for chiefs and kings. And now, guests have the opportunity to create their very own Kukui Nut leis on select afternoons in the Great Ceremonial House lobby!

Every night, Animal Kingdom Lodge gives guests the incredible opportunity to ride along on a Starlight Safari adventure across the Sunset and Arusha savannas.

Animal Kingdom Lodge is a one-of-a-kind resort, and you can always count on them to provide incredibly unique ways to celebrate every holiday! Their long-standing Easter tradition allows guests to paint real ostrich eggs for Easter, and I was lucky enough to join in this year!

Animal Kingdom Lodge provides guests such an incredible opportunity to watch African animals roam the savanna, but did you know you could do more than just watch? Join the Animal Care Team every weekend for a free Animal Enrichment activity!

In general, Disney’s Club Level rooms are very pricey and are definitely more of a splurge than a value…but Chronos Club is different. Chronos Club is located on the 15th Floor of Gran Destino Tower, which is part of the beautiful Coronado Springs Resort. It stands alone as the only Club Level concierge lounge in Walt Disney World that’s located in a Moderate Resort. We were lucky enough to snag a Club Level room for our January 2022 vacation.
